why we’re different.
We believe it takes a diverse workforce to make a business truly awesome. 95% of autistic adults are either unemployed or underemployed. At the awesome company we are changing that. The more t-shirts and custom apparel we sell, the more autistic adults we can hire. It’s that simple, folks. That is our goal. That is our passion. Join us and make being inclusive AWESOME.

We believe in the awesome power of the autism community. We see a group of amazing people that are intelligent, focused and ready to work. Providing meaningful and long lasting employment is our goal. People with autism are not all the same. It takes time to learn about a person and understand what they have to offer and what their particular needs are. Once we have all the information, we can better place the individual into a specific role that works for them. That ensures everyone’s success in the workplace.
We see the incredible benefit of bringing different perspectives from all kinds of backgrounds together. It provides diversity of thought which results in real creativity and innovation. We believe in neurodiversity. We have created a culture of optimism, discovery, and collaboration at The Awesome Company that we are very proud of. Together as a team, we make sure that every order placed is designed to perfection, made with care, packed with attention to detail, and sent to you with our very happiest thoughts.
