This is a labor intensive process designed to quickly produce hundreds (if not thousands) of prints very quickly with use an automatic printing press to achieve the most consistent and professional results. We use plastisol ink which is then cured at a high temperature to dry and harden. Here’s what you need to know about plastisol printing:
can be printed on a wide variety of fabric types, including but not limited to: cotton, polyester, nylon, and spandex.
can be printed on both light and dark colored garments. Upon printing, plastisol results in a medium slightly raised feel of the dried ink on the garment.

Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates. The DTF works on a variety of products. A direct-to-film printer allows you to print a design on a film and transfer it directly to the intended surface, such as fabric, using a heat-press mechanism.

A vinyl cutter will physically cut out your design on vinyl transfer material, it is then pressed into a garment with high heat and pressure. Vinyl is an alternative to plastisol ink printing for small orders. This is typically used when printing names and numbers on garments. Upon application, this method yields smooth to touch surface and crisp edges.

Designs are applied to garments with the use of needle and thread. Your design file will be converted into a dst file and then uploaded to an embroidery sewing machine.
